Shipping & Returns
Orders may take up to three days to prepare and print. We do not offer international shipping. We offer Post Office and FedEx Ground shipping.
Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Custom printed items cannot be returned for refund. We will only replace an item that was incorrectly printed. Returned products must be returned with receipt, packing slip, or invoice and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Your refund will be processed in the same manner in which payment was made.
Shipping Damage: Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please retain all packing materials for damaged shipments as the carrier may need to inspect them. Any pictures you could take of the damaged product or packaging would be very helpful. Spirit Specialties will be responsible for the costs associated with return and replacement shipping.
