Shipping & Returns
Orders may take up to three days to prepare and print. We do offer international shipping, see below. For United States, we ship either Post Office, UPS or FedEx. For Canada, we can ship either Post Office, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. All other International shipping is FedEx Express only due to the slow speed of international shipping via the Post Office.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the United States will have to contact us to order.
International Shipping: Please contact us with the items you want to purchase, you must include your Country Name, City, Province (if applicable) and Postal Code. We can provide a quote for you and send you an invoice through Square. You will not be able to purchase on the website. Duties and Taxes, if applicable, assessed by your country are not included and will have to be paid at time of delivery.
Free Shipping: Free Shipping is available for orders over $100, only for the lower 48 states in the United States.
Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Custom printed items cannot be returned for refund. We will only replace an item that was incorrectly printed. Returned products must be returned with receipt, packing slip, or invoice and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Your refund will be processed in the same manner in which payment was made.
Shipping Damage: Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please retain all packing materials for damaged shipments as the carrier may need to inspect them. Any pictures you could take of the damaged product or packaging would be very helpful. Premier Music Teaching Aids will be responsible for the costs associated with return and replacement shipping.
